Police Log: Woman Busted for OUI After Hitting Curb Near Hingham School

Friday, July 26:

At 12:18 p.m. a caller reported a wire down on Kimball Beach Road.

At 3:47 p.m. a caller reported an injured red tail hawk near Derby Academy.

At 7:36 p.m. police arrested Kristen Curran, 42 of East Middleborough for operating under the influence of alcohol.  Curran was arrested in front of the South School after a resident reported an erratic driver on Main Street hit the curb three times before stopping at the Hingham school.

At 11:19 p.m. police arrested Keeri Gates, 33 of Dorchester for shoplifting merchandise worth over $100 from the Kohl’s Department Store on Derby Street.

At 10:04 a.m. police arrested a 46-year-old Hull man for driving with a suspended license.

At 2:21 p.m. a caller on Scotland Street reported a water leak.

At 6:15 p.m. a caller on Tuckers Lane reported a raccoon was stuck in a dumpster.

Sunday, July 28:

At 6:30 p.m. a caller reported a telephone transformer blew on Gardner Street.

At 8:24 p.m. a caller reported kids throwing rocks and bottles at his home on Winona Way.
