Police Looking For 'Dangerous' Hingham Bank Robbery Suspect, Weymouth Companion

An arrest warrant was issued for Ryan Lane, 35, of Charlestown, for the robbery of the Hingham Rockland Trust Bank.

Police have identified and are still looking for the suspect responsible for robbing the Hingham Rockland Trust Bank on Good Friday.

An arrest warrant was issued for  Ryan Lane, 35, of Charlestown,for the robbery of the bank.

Hingham Sgt. Steven Dearth said  Weymouth Detectives determined the suspect was Lane after seeing images from the bank’s surveillance camera.

Lane is 5 foot 10 inches tall, weighs 160 to 170 pounds, and has reddish brown hair, blue eyes and "a thick south Boston accent," Dearth said.

He is believed to be very dangerous and has a history of violence and Sgt. Dearth recommends anyone that knows his whereabouts to contact police and not approach him.

On Good Friday, he allegedly told the Hingham Rockland Trust teller that he had a gun, that it was a robbery, and threatened to kill her.

Police say Lane may be with a 38-year-old woman called Amy Cole, also known as  Amy Roberts, of Weymouth, according to seacoastonline.com.

He is also believed to have robbed the TD Bank in Hampton, NH, according to seacoastonline.com.
