radius financial group inc. Promotes Helia Mongiat to Loan Officer Assistant Team Leader

Norwell, MA (February 4, 2016) – radius financial group inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Helia Mongiat as Loan Officer Assistant Team Leader at the company’s corporate headquarters based in Norwell, MA.

In total, Mongiat brings more than 20 years of experience in the home financing industry to her new position. It is safe to say that few people know mortgage loans better than Helia. While the majority of radius’ loan officers developed their expertise as loan officers, she built her proficiency overseeing loans as a mortgage underwriter and sales manager.

“We are excited to announce that Helia Mongiat has accepted a position as our Loan Officer Assistant team leader,” said COO & Principal, Keith Polaski. “She will be working alongside the Loan Officer Assistants to provide the best possible service to our loan officers. Heila is an incredibly qualified candidate and she will undoubtedly do an outstanding job.”

Mongiat previously served as a sales development officer at radius, where she oversaw mortgage lending practices for the entire team of radius loan officers. Mongiat’s extensive experience as an underwriter is an invaluable asset to borrowers; she knows exactly what’s required for them to qualify for a loan and ultimately gets them to the closing table.

Before joining the radius team, Mongiat held mortgage sales and management positions with national and regional mortgage lenders, including Wachovia Mortgage, H&R Block Mortgage and GMAC Mortgage. In each of her roles, she demonstrated leadership, which in each case contributed to the companies’ strong sales and accuracy rates.

As Loan Officer Assistant Team Leader, Mongiat assists radius’ team of loan officers from the beginning to the closing stages of the application process in addition to holding responsibility for training and development and supporting Loan Officer Assistant staff.

Mongiat graduated from Fisher College with a Bachelor of Science in management. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, bowling, yoga, walking and volunteering.
