Possible Votes:

To approve a Temporary Liquor License to Julie Shelsy for the South Elementary School Fall Festival Fundraiser on November 3, 2012 from 7:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight at the Old Derby Academy, 34 Main St., Hingham.

To approve a Temporary Liquor License to Virginia Walsh for the 2013 Annual Cabaret Fundraiser on January 31 and February 1 and 2, 2013 from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM at the Hingham Armory, 96 Central St., Hingham.

To approve a Temporary Liquor License to Jean Muller for the Giddy Up Gala Fundraiser on November 3, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Congregation Sha’Aray Shalom, 1112 Main St., Hingham.

To determine that the interest of Kerry T. Ryan in the Town’s review of whether to purchase the corporate property of the water company is not so substantial as to be deemed likely to affect the integrity of the services which the Town may expect from Mr. Kerry and to allow him to participate in the consideration of this project.
