Photographer Richard Ferland will present his slide lecture of his travels to China.
Richard Ferland will present his free slide lecture “Travel to China - From Preparation to Immersion” today at 11:15 am at the
Ferland is a lifelong photographer and graduate of Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging Arts - CDIA.
Ferland has extensive experience in China, having lived and worked there for a number of years.
This familiarity gives him an insider’s view of the culture, values and sights which he has documented through the eyes of a photographer, and is currently leading tours to China. His lecture will have ample time to answer attendee questions.
Ferland also is interested in outdoor photography – both landscapes and wildlife, and also enjoys architectural photography, and travel photography. He is currently a National Association of Photoshop Professionals Member (NAPP), a member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP), and proudly - a Merrimack Valley Camera Club Member, where he has received numerous awards – both locally and internationally.
