HOPKINTON, MA – Two fire flow tests will take place this week in Hopkinton. The first is Thursday, July 20 at approximately 10 p.m. The second will be Saturday, July 22 in the morning.Tests will take place on main water transmission lines, and residents may notice some discoloration during and after the tests. The Water-Sewer Department asks that you avoid doing any laundry, dishwasher loads or any other activities that use water during this time. Discoloration will eventually dissipate.
