HOLLISTON, MA – The following response logs were submitted by the Holliston Fire Department.

Friday, June 2

8:10 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Jeffery Avenue.

11:15 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Woodland Street.

11:35 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

4:28 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Water Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

5:23 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Stony Brook Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:51 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Saturday, June 3

1:05 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Sunday, June 4

12:47 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

11:53 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The primary ambulance, backup ambulance, and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Two individuals were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:50 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

6:19 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Alan Greendale and Firefighter Michael Quintin investigated an alarm activation on Concord St.

Monday, June 5

9:50 am: Assistance Call – Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an assistance call on Gregory Road.

2:20 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Kuniholm Drive.

4:36 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A Bellingham resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:40 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:00 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Community EMS responded to a medical emergency on Rolling Meadow Drive. A Needham resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Tuesday, June 6

9:59 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:47 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Shaw Farm Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:19 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:15 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Community EMS responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:39 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jeffrey Avenue. A Medway resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:39 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Skyview Terrace. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

Thursday, June 8

9:55 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Lowland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:50 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
