5 Things You Need to Know Today: July 3

Next week, MetroWest Jazz Project plays at CAA field.

1. , 77 Main St., Thursday, July 7 and (if you enjoy it) weekly from 6 to 7 on Thursdays. This class creates a space for teens ages 13-18 to develop a fun, healthy and mindful yoga practice. Builds strength, improves posture, maintains flexibility and cultivates confidence. $10 off when you and a friend each buy a 10-class Teen Yoga Card. $15 for one class.

2. Also at Absolute Yoga, on Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. OK for beginners. Designed to help meet the challenges and transformations of pregnancy and birth. Safe for trimesters 1-3. Consult your physician before starting class. Pre-registration required. 3. Next Saturday's Jazz at Sunset features Hopkinton vibraphonist Tom Phelan leading . Free at the Cultrual Arts Alliance Field, 98 Hayden Rowe St. Post-bebop, acoustic, contemporary jazz. Wow! Bebop, hard bop, Brazilian and Latin jazz. Starts Saturday at 7.

4. This afternoon, Lake Maspenock July 4 Boat Parade at 2. Monday, Hopkinton Horribles Parade at noon, Town Common. Many Voices, One Town. What else are you doing?
