1. Today (May 31), during school, the Middle School Book Fair is at Hopkinton Middle School.

2. The Hopkinton Women's Art Forum hosts a concert and interview with Lori Diamond, named Female Vocalist of the Year by The Pulse magazine in Worcester on June 7. Lori will be joined a week from tonight from 7 to 8 at the HCAM-TV studios, 77 Main St., by guitarist Fred Abatelli. They call their sound adult contemporary music for the soul. Admission free! 3. June 1 is the deadline to fill out the reservation and donation form to attend the June 8 Good Scout awards for Selectman Brian Herr, Scout Unit Commissioner Pete MacGregor and Colella's Supermarket at Hopkinton Country Club, 204 Saddle Hill Road. Reserve now while you're thinking of it. Proceeds benefit the Knox Trail Council, Boy Scouts of America.

4. June 1 is also the deadline to apply for the ESL College Scholarship. High school seniors who have participated in at least one ESL program are eligible.  Send an e-mail with your name, address, contact information and tell how ESL has been a positive experience for you. The scholarship is for a senior pursuing the arts in college or one who intends to continue participating in the arts while at school.
