Jean Sniffin, RN, Community Health Nurse with the Natick Visiting Nurse Association and Century Health Systems, will:

Find out what's happening in Holliston-Hopkintonfor free with the latest updates from Patch.

  • Track appetite; elimination; MD contacts; medication changes, including OTC use
  • Assess social situations and family/friends interactions
  • Review doctors’ visits; lab results; medical conditions

Attendees will receive blood pressure/health check cards they may bring to all doctors’ visits and blood pressure clinics.

Jean Sniffin works closely with several area Boards of Health to promote good health through monthly blood pressure clinics at town Councils on Aging and senior housing sites.

She speaks frequently throughout MetroWest on a variety of health and safety issues, including seasonal safety; Lyme and tick borne diseases. Jean also serves as Early Childcare Health Consultant for more than 20 daycare and nursery school programs, offering on-site education about pediatric health and safety issues.
