HOLLISTON, MA – The following response logs were submitted by the Holliston Fire Department.

Friday, August 4

8:20 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

11:25 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Goulding Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:45 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:51 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jerrold Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

4:42 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore and Lieutenant Richard Rossini investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

6:48 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cabot Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:15 pm: Investigation – Captain Timothy Costello and Lieutenant Richard Rossini investigated an alarm activation on Raleigh Road.

Saturday, August 5

1:19 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:14 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Christopher Road. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

12:34 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Sunday, August 6

7:24 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:56 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Robin Hill Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:05 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Willowgate Rise. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:22 pm: Investigation - Lieutenant Richard Rossini investigated an alarm activation on Highland Street.

4:55 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. An Easton resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:30 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Water St. A resident of California was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Monday, August 7

10:00 am: Assistance Call - The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Birch Road.

4:50 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to medical emergency on Avon Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

Tuesday, August 8

10:13 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:22 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Piedmont Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:39 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:06 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Donna Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:17 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a motor vehicle crash on Summer Street. A Rhode Island resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:23 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Hemlock Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Wednesday, August 9

8:00 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Stagecoach Road.

11:55 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. One signed waiver was also obtained.

12:55 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. One signed waiver was also obtained.

5:18 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Pine Oak Road.

5:40 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Ashland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Thursday, August 10

1:51 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:33 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Old Town Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:15 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash - The backup ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. There were no injuries.
