Car Crashes Into Utilitly Pole In Holliston

The crash caused temporary power outages and closed part of Concord Street for an hour.

HOLLISTON, MA — A car crashed into a utility pole on Wednesday morning in Holliston, knocking power to some parts of town and temporarily closing Concord Street.

The crash happened in the 500 block of Concord Street and temporarily closed the road, police opened one lane after an hour. Officials warned commuters to take a different route as delays piled up.

Power was temporarily knocked out to the immediate area. Officials did not have an estimate as to when power would be restored but warned residents to report outages to Eversource at 800-592-2000.
