New Free Newsletter Follows What Holliston's Town Boards Decide

I live in Holliston, and this month I started The Holliston Ledger, a free email newsletter about what the Select Board and the town's other boards decide, what it costs and what comes next. Almost everything the town decides is public, but it's scattered across meeting videos, minutes that post weeks later, agendas and warrants, and the Ledger pulls it into one place, with a link to the source for every item so you can check it yourself.
It's free, and you can subscribe at hollistonledger.substack.com
The Briefing goes out Tuesday mornings with the town's news in short linked headlines, and This Week at Town Hall goes out on Saturdays with the votes and spending from the week's meetings and the agendas for the week ahead. Before each Town Meeting and town election there's a plain-language Voter Guide, and after the biggest meetings there are Meeting Notes. Some projects get a page of their own that follows them over time, such as the Chapter 40B project at 194 Lowland Street, where the town's filings run to dozens of separate PDFs and the Ledger's page puts the story in order: what has been filed, where the project stands and what comes next.
AI, Python, and Machine Learning handles transcripts and first drafts so one person can keep up with the town's boards, and I check every item against its source before it runs. The Ledger is independent of the town, HCAT and the Holliston Reporter, and it links to all three.
