The Hopkinton Public Library Foundation will be hosting its 1st Annual Touch-A-Truck event this Sunday, June 24th, in the Colella's parking lot from 11-2. There will be over 20 vehicles donated from local businesses that kids can climb on, pretend, and honk the horn. There will be plenty of picture opportunities!The first hour will be "horn free" for little people with sensitive ears.The weather is supposed to be sunny, warm and clear!
Stay for lunch and enjoy Snappy Dogs, who will be donating a portion of their proceeds to the library... or have some cotton candy and/or popcorn! The Vineyard Church will be providing face painting for young and old alike!
There will also be a drawing for brand new iPad , a value of over $500.If you donate $10, your name will be entered into the drawing one time.For a donation of $20, your name will be entered into the drawing 3 times.Donations can be made at the library, at the event or by responding to this email.--> You do NOT have to be at the event to win.
Children are $8 each if purchased in advance of the day of the event and then $10 on the day of the event.Children under 1 year and adults accompanied by children are free.To purchase tickets, you can go to the Foundation's website, http://www.hopkintonpubliclibraryfoundation.org/ or you can buy them through the library circulation desk.All of the proceeds from this event will go directly towards the Hopkinton Public Library, a great cause!
