Fall Open House at Yoga at the Ashram

Come join us for a FREE event for adults and kids! Cider doughnuts, coffee, tea, yoga, bounce house and face painting! Fun for all ages!

Yoga at the Ashram will celebrate their Fall Open House on Saturday, October 14, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This all-generations event will be held outside on the front lawn, located at 368 Village Street in Millis, MA, and will feature free yoga mini-classes, free Reiki healing, hot cider, delicious organic snacks and much more!
Kids will have a blast with fun yoga games, playing in the bounce house and having their face painted! Mature folks and everyone in between can meet up with yoga teachers for free demos and decide which “first class free” to drop in.
“We are bringing the studio to the front lawn so folks can drop in and check out the great teachers and classes. We strive to keep yoga classes affordable and “do-able” for all ages and abilities. We teach meditation, which is included in every Kundalini yoga class. I love teaching Kundalini yoga because anyone can do it and have a positive effect. The yoga helps us to relax already, so we can meditate and lighten up, feel good. Yoga is also playful by nature. Everyone has too much worry on their minds right now. We all need a break!” said Dr. Hari Kirin Khalsa, MD, Director of Yoga at the Ashram.
Yoga at the Ashram’s Fall Open House will be held inside if it rains, and is a free event. Mark your calendar now, drop in and relax!
