Police and the dog searched the area, and it indicated someone had broken in to this vacant home. Checking the first floor, a small hammer was found on one of the bedroom floors. Cesh led police to the basement, where the search led to a small crawlspace inside the basement.
In it, police found a male subject who was trying to get out of the home through a small window. The suspect ignored several commands to surrender, and Cesh successfully apprehended him. He was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for minor injuries, said police.
