At the peak of outages, 286 customers were without power, the company reported. In neighboring Holliston, 16 outages were reported. Eversource serves 6,963 customers in Hopkinton, meaning about 4 percent lost power. Ash Street is closed at Front Street due to a downed tree on power lines, according to Hopkinton police.
