Hopkinton Volunteer Opportunities

It's a good time to think of helping your town.

Four members are needed on the Appropriation Committee. There is an excellent HCAM-TV video at this link explaining what the committee does. Chairman Ron Eldridge said the key requirements are an open mind, a commitment to see the process through, and a willingness to balance the needs of the town with the revenues coming in. Being a "financial wiz," as Eldrdige says, is not important compared to these other qualities.

One member is needed on the Board of Appeals.

One member is needed on the Cable Advisory Committee.
