Hopkinton's 2016 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map
Level 3 sex offenders are not wanted by the police, but they are considered at the highest risk for a repeat offense.

HOPKINTON, MA— Hopkinton has two Level 3 sex offenders living or working in town.
The Level 3 designation is reserved for the most severe offenders, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board. These types of sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend. They are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.
Note that one of Hopkinton's Level 3 offenders addresses is "not mappable."

Hopkinton Level 3 offenders:
- Marco Saez, 35, 147 Wood St. Two convictions for indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 2000. 1 conviction for Indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in 1997.
- George Scandalis, 73, 12 Spicebush Court. One conviction for indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older, 1 conviction for enticing a child under the age of 16, both in 2011.
There are no Level 2 sex offenders registered as either living or working in Hopkinton.
