The day will feature:
- Timed 5K Run/Walk (with or without a dog)
- Cross country course (soft surface over fields and through woods)
- Prizes for top runners, teams, and dogs
- Race shirts and medals for all participants
- Free entry to the health and fitness fair
- Exhibitors from the human and animal fields
- Demonstrations from local trainers

This race is a fundraiser for The Massachusetts Veterinary Medical Association Charities Inc, run by the Ashland Sporting Association held at the MetroWest YMCA. All are 501 (c) 3 non-profit charitable organizations.
