Join us for an evening of stand-up comedy at its highest technical and artistic level to support individuals in recovery. Reckless Comedy is a "laugh-until-your-sides-hurt" night where no topic is off the table. Proceeds from the show will be going to the Milford First Congregational Church. They have been paramount in giving the recovery community a space to heal and grow.

Get ready to cackle, cry-laugh and leave feeling excited to be part of this crazy thing called life. It's a sober event, but we're going hard. There will be food and drinks provided. Alcohol will not be served out of respect to those in recovery.

All are welcome! Please come if you are in recovery and love comedy, or support recovery and love comedy.

Come at 7pm for a social hour! The comedy show will kick off at 8.

About Our Comedians!

Jason Cordova

Jason Cordova is a Boston-based comedian. He has made a name on the national scale, on shows like HBO's Pause with Sam Jay, and performed at legendary clubs like Gotham Comedy Club, The Stand, The Comedy Connection, and Foxwoods Casino. After his first time on stage in 2009, he hasn't stopped, carving out a lane for himself in the Boston comedy scene and rising up the ranks with his hard-hitting, brutal honesty that somehow makes us all feel not so different from each other.

Liam McGurk

Coming off a featured article in The Boston Globe for his inspiring comedy story, Liam McGurk is one of the most original and exciting comedians working today. Known throughout New England for his laid-back demeanor and cerebral, creatively off-beat material, he brings both thoughtfulness and silliness to the stage.

Liam is the only comedian to ever win both the Funniest Person in Massachusetts Competition and the Boston Comedy Festival. He has been featured nationwide at the 10,000 Laughs Festival, Vail Comedy Festival, and many more.

Whether he’s exploring pain and perseverance or riffing on Q-tips and Danny DeVito, no topic is too personal or too absurd for his brain’s faulty—or is it faultless?—wiring.
