According to a police report, police attempted to pull over a Nissan after observing the vehicle swerving over the yellow center line on West Main Street. The driver, however, ignored the police lights, sirens, and request to stop.

The vehicle finally pulled over after stopping at a red light and turning onto South Street. Sammarco allegedly told police that she didn’t know what to do.
