• Massachusetts drivers face daily 30-minute backups as I-495 lane shift stays until November (thecooldown.com) — Drivers using Hopkinton's I-495/Mass Pike interchange are facing daily backups of up to 30 minutes because of a temporary northbound lane shift that will remain in place through November. The change is part of a major reconstruction project running into summer 2027, affecting roughly 75,000 vehicles a day and a key freight route into eastern Massachusetts.
