Live Music every Thursday from 5:30-9 pm on the water at 1 Harbor Loop Gloucester behind the Fitz Hugh Lane House.  Line's End is a 6-piece band from blending rock, pop, country, and yacht rock into a genre-spanning sound that’s as diverse as their influences. Line’s End delivers a vibrant, feel-good experience every time they take the stage. Local 28 is more than Dead.

“Here’s to life!” Fans around the world can be found singing the chorus of the Roger Clyne-penned fan favorite “Mekong” and toasting their glasses in unison to celebrate life through rock-n-roll. But the inspiration for the song dates back to the time Roger went to Taipei, Taiwan, as a college student to teach English during the day and busk with his guitar at night for money.
Today, as Clyne prepares to release his 11th studio album, he continues to transform his life experiences, inspirations, observations and his own muses into timeless music. And whether he’s wearing his Converse high tops, boots or sandals, Clyne’s blend of punk rock, americana, indie-pop and mariachi influences have made him, drummer PH Naffah, guitarist Jim Dalton and bassist Nick Scropos – collectively known as Roger Clyne &amp; The Peacemakers – one of America’s best live rock-n-roll bands.

<a href="https://farmsprides4th.com/fireworks-6/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">From the Beverly Farms Prides Committee:</a>The Beverly Farms Prides 4th of July Fireworks will be held on July 4, 2026, at 9 p.m.&nbsp;This is a private event with wristbands sold. Wristbands are $25 each, with children 6 and under free. Only West Beach Sticker holders may enter the beach prior to 5 p.m. After 5, non-sticker holders with wristbands will be allowed on the beach.NO Alcoholic Beverages and NO Glass&nbsp;Containers will be allowed on West Beach during the day of the&nbsp;fireworks. All coolers and containers must be removed from the&nbsp;Beach by 7 p.m. on that day. No fireworks, firecrackers,&nbsp;or sparklers will be allowed.Certain sections of the Farms will be closed to vehicular traffic by 7 p.m. on the night of the fireworks.

As the keyboardist for the legendary Boston band and Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Famers,&nbsp;The Cars,&nbsp;Greg Hawkes&nbsp;forged the sound of rock’s New Wave. Pioneering and pushing the limits of technology and sequencing in the late '70s and through the '80s, Greg cemented the synthesizer's place in rock and pop music, and his contribution has influenced countless artists since. Along with achieving Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame status and massive commercial success with&nbsp;The Cars, Greg has been a sought-after session and touring musician, and has worked with the likes of&nbsp;Paul McCartney, Todd Rundgren, and&nbsp;The Turtles.
&nbsp;The Cars were named Best New Artist in the 1978 Rolling Stone Readers’ Poll. The band’s debut album, The Cars, sold six million copies and appeared on the Billboard 200 album chart for 139 weeks. The Cars had four Top 10 hits: “Shake It Up” (1981), “You Might Think,” (1984), “Drive” (1984), and “Tonight She Comes” (1985). The band won Video of the Year for “You Might Think” at the first MTV Video Music Awards in 1984
In 2016, Greg collaborated with the acclaimed Boston band&nbsp;Eddie Japan&nbsp;to produce their 2017 album Golden Age. This eventually led to Greg and the band joining forces to create a night of music by The Cars featuring a set list curated by Greg. Since 2019,&nbsp;Greg Hawkes with Eddie Japan Performing the Music of The Cars&nbsp;has been thrilling audiences across the Northeast with an energetic show that includes hits and deeper cuts from&nbsp;The Cars&nbsp;songbook, along with special selections relating to Greg’s amazing musical career.
