Purple Cactus Celebrates 21 Years in Business

It's a landmark week for The Purple Cactus Burrito and Wrap Bar.

The eatery, which offers such menu items as salads, soups, wraps, quesadillas and nachos, opened its first location in Provincetown on June 10, 1993.

Last summer, the Boston Mayor's Mural Crew that included city students painted a new mural on the Seaverns Avenue facing wall of the Purple Cactus.

The Purple Cactus is located at 674 Centre St. in Jamaica Plain.
