Ten Massachusetts residents made Forbes’ billionaires list, an annual world report that was released this week.
Fidelity Investments President Abigail Johnson, 53, is once again the richest Bay State resident, with a net worth of $13.4 billion. Her father, former Fidelity CEO Edward Johnson, was No. 2 with $7.4 billion.
Overall, Bill Gates topped the list with a net worth $79.2 billion.

Here are all the Bay State residents who made the list:
- Abigail Johnson (Fidelity Investments President): $13.4 billion net worth
- Edward Johnson (Former Fidelity CEO): $7.4 billion
- Robert Kraft (New England Patriots owner): $4.3 billion
- Jim Davis (New Balance Chairman): $3.7 billion
- Amos Hostetter (Pilot House Associates Chair): $3.1 billion
- Phillip Ragon (InterSystems founder): $1.6 billion
- Seth Klarman (Baupost Group CEO): $1.5 billion
- Valentine Gapontsev (IPG Photonics founder): $1.3 billion
- Jim Koch (Sam Adams beer founder): $1.1 billion
- Paul Fireman (Reebok founder): $1 billion
The full list included a record 1,826 billionaires with a total net worth of over $7 trillion, Forbes said. Forty-six are under the age of 40—also a record.
