The strong winds could knock tree limbs into power lines, possibly causing outages, according to the National Weather Service. There’s a chance of a small amount of snow in the afternoon. Temperatures will plunge down to about 10 degrees at night.

Temperatures will get even colder later this week. On Wednesday, the low will be minus 4 degrees, NWS said.
