Another Snowstorm May Drop 6 Inches on Lexington Sunday Night

It will be the third major snowstorm in less than a week.

Lexington is in store for a third major snowstorm in less than a week.

The National Weather Service said 6-8 inches of snow will hit the region late Sunday night into Monday. That’s on top of the Blizzard of 2015 (2+ feet of snow) Monday and Friday afternoon’s storm (6 inches).

NWS said Sunday’s storm will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. There’s a possibility schools could cancel classes Monday.
