Collision damage appraisers write appraisals used by insurance companies and auto body shops for evaluating cars, trucks, heavy equipment, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles. We will learn to write collision damage appraisals and, once we have practiced in the class, we will go to a local body shop to write up damaged automobiles.

This course prepares students to take and pass both the written and practical tests administered by the Massachusetts Licensing Board. Once you obtain your license, you can assess damages on insurance claims for the above type losses and the Massachusetts Appraisers License is reciprocal with Vermont, Maine, and Connecticut. There will always be a need for an automobile damage appraiser in this day and age!

Classes meet Tuesday Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 9:30 pm for 20 sessions, beginning September 30th. The tuition is $525.
