Avigail Gans Joins Hammond Residential Lexington Team
Agent will collaborate with buyer and seller clients from Hammond's 1775 Massachusetts Avenue office location

LEXINGTON, Mass. (February 24, 2016) - Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Lexington, Concord and Winchester offices, is pleased to announce that Avigail Gans has affiliated with Hammond and will be collaborating with clients from Hammond’s Lexington office location at 1775 Massachusetts Avenue.
Gans is a highly resourceful, dedicated, and results-driven professional with an exceptionally strong track record of success in management, marketing, and leadership. Known for her tireless work ethic, integrity, creativity, and high regard for her clients’ needs and perspectives, Gans consistently strives to exceed their expectations.
Gans’ work experience and training are big contributors to the discipline, attention to detail, and follow-through she brings to her work. After earning her MSc. degree in Management and Organizational Behavior, Gans went on to work as a Human Resources manager in a variety of Israeli high-tech companies, and most recently, she was the principal of an Israeli after school program in Lexington and the marketing director for one of Newton’s top real estate agents.

Bicultural and trilingual, Gans brings a unique East-meets-West resource to the Lexington real estate market. Her clients and colleagues alike, value her talent for relating to, and communicating with, people from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is the quintessential people person.
Gans immigrated with her husband to the United States from Israel thirteen years ago. They live in Lexington and have two boys in the school system. She is an involved and active member of the Lexington community. In her spare time, Gans sings with an Israeli singing group, plays on a Newcomb ball league, and volunteers with the Israeli-American Jewish community of Greater Boston.
