Join Minuteman Community Education for Beginner Baking: It's a piece of cake! for students entering grades 6 - 8!
During
this two-week course, students will learn to use basic bread dough
recipes to make different types of bread. Students will learn how to
make their own muffins, cookies, cake, and quick breads from scratch and
take the recipes home to try out on their own. Each day will broken
down into 4 parts: basic instructions, measurements and mixing,
decorating, and storage and clean up.
Classes run:
July 7 - 18, 8:30 - 11:30 am
July 7 - 18, 12:00 - 3:00 pm
July 21 - August 1, 8:30 - 11:30 am
July 21 - August 1, 12:00 - 3:00 pm
