BRAGB to Host 2014 PRISM Awards Gala

The Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB) is excited to celebrate the movers and shakers of the home building industry at their Annual 2014 PRISM Awards Gala on Thursday, October 9, 2014. The formal, black-tie event to be held at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, will recognize the most innovative builders, developers, project owners, architects, land planners, marketing/advertising firms, interior designers, remodelers, and other industry professionals in Greater Boston region and beyond.

Carefully reviewed and judged by a panel of nationally acclaimed experts, PRISM awards will be presented in more than 50 different categories to honor the accomplishments of those who influence the building and design industry of Greater Boston. Conducting the highly coveted PRISM Awards Gala will be Susan Wornick, formerly of WCVB-TV News Center 5, as nearly 500 expected guests enjoy an entertaining evening interspersed with surprises and tributes.

A portion of the proceeds from this year’s Gala will be generously donated to BeLikeBrit, a US registered, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which operates a 19,000 square foot orphanage in Grand Goave, Haiti. In 2010, Len & Cherylann Gengel of Rutland, MA, suffered the loss of their 19-year-old daughter Britney to a devastating earthquake in Haiti while serving as an Aide with Feed the Poor. Britney’s father Len is a Massachusetts home builder, and BRAGB is proud to support their continued efforts in their daughter’s honor.
