BROTHERS MARKETPLACE LAUNCHES CATERING SERVICE

Entertaining just got a whole lot easier in Weston and surrounding towns as Brothers Marketplace, the neighborhood markets from Roche Bros., launches its new catering service. Starting in May 2015, Brothers Marketplace will offer a wide variety of food choices for all home and office entertaining needs.

“From the time we opened, customers have been asking if we could cater parties. We wanted to make sure we could offer them a wide enough selection to make it easier for them to bring Brothers right into their homes,” says Aimee Morgida, director of operations, Roche Bros.

Brothers Marketplace will offer full-service catering for all types of occasions, ranging from office lunches to graduation parties, baby showers, and holiday celebrations.

Customers can order and pick up catering in store or request full-service delivery and set-up. Custom floral arrangements as well as cakes are also available to complement any catering order.

Consistent with the Brothers Marketplace philosophy, high-quality ingredients will be locally sourced whenever possible. The catering menu features Brothers Marketplace signature recipes, trending flavor profiles, and traditional favorites.

Select highlights include house-made Eggplant Parmesan, Italian Meatballs and Stuffed Shells all made the way your Italian grandmother would, as well as a signature White Bean Tuna Salad with Brussels Sprouts, and Farugula Salad, a fresh mix of shaved fennel, arugula, red grapes and parmesan dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.

To complete their meal, customers can choose from several established dessert favorites, such as Chocolate Nightmare Cake, Tiramisu Torte, and the scratch-baked Brothers Cookie Sampler.

For business and corporate needs, Brothers Marketplace offers a full complement of food and beverage services, including local pastries and home baked muffins, hot breakfasts, customized fresh sushi platters and Brothers signature sandwich and deli trays.

The Brothers Lunch Bag option, for example, includes a choice of sandwich on an Iggy’s Brioche roll, accompanied by Cape Cod Chips. The Signature Sandwich Platter features Brothers’ Vitale, Smokestack and Big Bird sandwiches served on fresh baked Ciabatta rolls.
