- Coed 11 vs 11 (7 men, 4 women on the field)
- Teams and individuals of all levels welcome!
- Full field on grass or turf
- League consists of 1 or 2 divisions of play with 10-20 teams
- 7 games, one game per week on Saturdays
- Two 35-minute running-time halves with two certified refs
- Shin guards are required
- Team fee includes: 20 team shirts, balls, playoffs and prizes for division winners
