Post 1917 Steakhouse in Lexington is inviting guests to experience an unforgettable evening of food and whisky with its upcoming Bruichladdich Dinner on November 17.
The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail before guests enjoy a curated five-course culinary experience, with each course thoughtfully paired with a specially selected Bruichladdich Scotch whisky. Guests can look forward to an elevated five-course dining experience featuring:
- Passed Hors d’Oeuvre | Tempura-Fried Oysters with Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette
- First Course | Steak Tartare atop a nest of onion strings with quail egg
- Second Course | Salmon Roulade with frisée, arugula, shaved asparagus, honey-citrus emulsion, topped with honeycomb
- Main Course | 12 oz Smoked Kona-Crusted Ribeye, shallot brandy sauce, accompanied by Japanese sweet potato wedges and English peas
- Dessert | Classic Banana Split Topped with a brûléed candied pecan sauce
