CALex hosts 3rd community educational seminar this year

Introduction of Math competition for students from both middle and high schools

Sunday April 28,2019, CALex hosted the 3rd community educational seminar at Cary Memorial Library.

This time the topic is an introduction of math competition for students from both middle and high school. CALex invites 2 speakers: J Zhu (Diamond Middle School MathCounts Student coach) and YM Zheng (Lexington High School Math Club co-president). Both of them gave wonderful speech on math competition in middle school and high school level. They presented types of math competitions and how to prepare them. J Zhu and YM Zheng also discussed their experience on math competitions.

The seminar attracts many students and their parents. It was packed events, and gained praise from the audience.
