Cambridge Community Chorus Spring Concert

Cambridge Community Chorus and Worcester Children's Chorus in Karl Jenkins' The Peacemakers, Saturday May 30, 8 pm at Kresge Auditorium, MIT

Cambridge Community Chorus presents Karl Jenkins’ 2011 oratorio The Peacemakers, with Worcester Children’s Chorus and instrumental ensemble, led by Music Director Pamela Mindell.

One of the world’s most performed living composers, Jenkins has written that the ethos of the piece can be summed up in one line: “All religions, all singing one song: peace be with you.” (Rumi, thirteenth-century Persian mystic poet.)

$25 general admission; $15 students and seniors. Reduced price tickets available on request. Tickets available online: www.cambridgechorus.org/currentseason.html, and at the door.
