Clean and Green Cooking Workshop
Chef Karina Hines will demonstrate quick and easy nutrient-dense dishes

Join Wright-Locke Farm (Winchester, MA) tomorrow evening for its Clean, Green, and Lean Cooking Workshop with Chef Karina Hines on Wednesday, May 25 from 6:30 - 8:30pm at Saint Eulalia's Parish kitchen (registration required). Learn new recipes and techniques that incorporate local spring and summer fruits, vegetables and herbs, gluten-free grains, and energizing, tonifying super foods. Chef Karina Hines will showcase quick and easy nutrient-dense dishes in this demonstration-based workshop. She’ll prepare recipes for participants to taste, explain nutritional values, and offer kitchen cheats and techniques throughout the evening.
