Does your child appear sad, irritable, hopeless, or withdrawn?

If your child is 7-14 years old, has signs of depression, and you and your child speak English, your child may be eligible to participate in Coping Options for Positive Emotion (COPE).

COPE is a research treatment study funded by the National Institutes of Health.

COPE is a 6 or 12 weeks treatment that includes 1-2 types of therapies focusing on decreasing depressive symptoms, increasing positive mood, and improving coping abilities.

COPE is part of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital.
