Ever find yourself wanting a get-a-way for your relationship but can't find the time? Are you finding it hard to connect with your partner? Wanting to take your relationship to the next level?
Join Laurel Earls, LMFT and RYT for a great workshop for all couples and lovely for those who are actively working on their relationship. This workshop fuses Laurel's training and knowledge both as a family therapist and a yoga teacher as well as someone who has participated in over 15 years of study in self care. She will be integrating some gentle yoga (anyone can do), mindfulness practice (again, anyone can do), and then teaching some specific concepts on how to conceptualize problems so that you can team up in relationship to the problems and utilize strengths. There will be an overarching element of self-care infused in the workshop helping couples understand that where they are mentally and emotionally will impact their relational interactions, and how to shift that when it is not ideal grounded in the Narrative Therapy worldview. Couples will leave feeling connected and nourished after a little "mini mini retreat".
