Diabetes Self-Management Class at Mount Auburn Hospital

WHAT: Mount Auburn Hospital is holding a FREE six-week program on Diabetes Self-Management. The class is for adults living with Diabetes. Learn about disease complications, healthy eating, exercise, medication and dealing with stress. Caregivers are welcome.  The program meets once a week on Mondays, beginning July 14th.
