Did a Lexington Police Officer's Brother Get Special Treatment in Road Rage Case?
Fox 25 reported the brother of Police Officer Kim Orr allegedly threatened another man.
Witnesses to a road rage incident in Lexington earlier this year say the brother of a town police officer appeared to receive special treatment.
Fox 25 reported Doug Orr was charged with a lane violation after crashing into Richard Tighe in April. But witnesses said Orr threatened Tighe, said he hit him on purpose, and would have attacked Tighe had they not intervened.
Orr is the brother of Police Officer Kim Orr.
