English at Large to be Sponsored by Not Your Average Joe's of Burlington in October

English At Large (EAL) is pleased to announce that Not Your Average Joe’s of Burlington has selected the nonprofit for the restaurant’s Not Your Average Cause program for the month of October. Every Tuesday in October, EAL will receive 15% of all lunch and dinner purchases made by its supporters at the Burlington restaurant. EAL is a nonprofit that provides individual and small group instruction through a volunteer network to adult immigrants and other newcomers who want to acquire English language skills as they adapt to life in the United States. Our vision is that newcomers to the United States will develop the English language skills and acquire the cultural knowledge needed to fully engage in their communities and fulfill their life goals. EAL’s services are provided in 21 communities in the Greater Boston area, including Lexington.
