Cary Library is delighted to be participating in this year's Holiday Festival Night, and has many special activities planned. Stop by to enjoy delicious refreshments, an array of musical performers--and some very unique shopping opportunities.
Again this year, on Festival Night, Cary Library will be offering members of the community an opportunity to purchase a book in honor of someone they love. An exciting selection of new children's, young adult and adult titles will be available to choose from. Each selection will be individually book-plated to recognize the honored person and will become part of the Library collection. Each "purchase" is a gift both to the person honored, and to the community.
Holiday Festival Night at the Library will also include a silent auction, featuring the opportunity to bid on an array of beautiful baskets filled with books. This event is sponsored by the Friends of Cary Library and all proceeds will benefit the programs and services provided by the Friends.
