Cary Memorial Library Presents "Why We Read (and Write) Memoirs"

Lexington resident Helen Epstein will speak about researching and writing people's lives, and will answer your questions, drawing on her experience of 40 years as a journalist and writer of memoir and biography. Ms. Epstein is the author of literary non-fiction, including Children of the Holocaust; Joe Papp: An American Life; Music Talks; and Where She Came From:A Daughter's Search for her Mother's History.

Book sale and signing will follow the author's talk.
