The Children's Center of Lexington is celebrating it's 40th Anniversary with a gala event. On Saturday, October1, 2011 there will be a benefit concert with The New Black Eagle Jazz Band at Cary Hall. Proceeds from the concert will benefit The Children's Center of Lexington's scholarship fund. Drinks and refreshments will be served at 7:00 pm with the concert following at 8:00 pm. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at The Children's Center of Lexington as well as at Catch a Falling Star and Signature Stationers.
