Friday Noon Concerts presents: Carla Chrisfield, soprano, and William Merrill, piano. Dvorak's "Ciganske melodie" (Gipsy Songs) sung in Czech, selections from Rorem's "Nantucket Songs," and works by Mendelssohn, Gounod, Chausson, Bizet, Charier, and Anotonio Literes.
First Parish in Lexington, at 7 Harrington Road, overlooking the Battle Green, hosts this free one-hour concert followed by refreshments and an opportunity to meet the performers. Concerts continue weekly through mid-October.
