Writer Peg Mulligan will explore how social media is a vital instrument for political change. Her talk will compare platforms like Twitter, Facebook and blogs to the major communications channels available to revolutionary colonists – the New England tavern.
The environment, colonial archeology and 18th century communications are all themes that will be touched on in the Friends of Minute Man National Park Lecture Series this March.
These lectures, free and open to the public, will take place at the National Park Service Minute Man Visitor Center on 2A . The Lecture Series is being sponsored by a generous contribution from Cranberry Hill Associates, Inc. of Lincoln.
