Holiday Festival Night @ Cary Library

Cary  Memorial Library invites all members of the community to stop by to enjoy delicious refreshments while the sound of live music fills the Library with festive cheer!

New this year, Cary Library will present the Holiday Book Fair, a display and book sale by several local indie authors. Take advantage of this fun opportunity to discover new books and talk one-on-one with local authors about the books they have written.  Cary Library also welcomes back Deborah Swiss, author of the Tin Ticket: the Heroic Journey of Australia's Convict Women.  The paperback edition has just been released, and Deborah will be on hand to sell and sign copies for holiday giving.  In addition, Festival Night @ the Library  will  include a silent auction, sponsored by the Friends of the LIbrary.  Six beautiful baskets filled with books will be available for bid.

So drop in at the Library from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. to chat with a local author, purchase a book,  bid on a basket, and enjoy  great musical performances by Eric Eid-Reiner, Julie Metcaffe, and the LHS Madrigal Singers. . Bring the whole family and celebrate the holiday season at the place where the whole community comes together--Cary Library! http://www.carylibrary.org.
