Through role play, case studies and exercises, you'll learn what to say, how to assert yourself, and how to "distance yourself" from criticism. Your boss may never become an angel, but you'll improve your standing in his or her eyes, and feel more in control of your situation.
This is a two-session class meeting Thursdays, May 5 and May 12 from 7-9pm. The cost of the two-session class is $55.00.
